Representing individuals, families and businesses across the area, his efforts have resulted in numerous successful settlements, verdicts and arbitration awards in personal injury, civil litigation and other matters. His practice work includes personal injury, commercial litigation, civil litigation, family law and criminal defense.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Dan is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Ursinus College, with a B.A. in Politics. He received his Law Degree from the Widener University Delaware Law School in 2009, graduating cum laude and in the top 10 percent of his class.

Dan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Active in the community, Dan is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association in addition to his pro bono service as a volunteer attorney for Philadelphia VIP and the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia.

Dan and his wife currently live in Wilmington, Delaware.
