Dr. Tarcha is a chiropractor with over 25 years experience providing expert testimony in chiropractic malpractice cases. She also provides case evaluation and testimony in personal injury cases. She has testified in several states across the county, including Alaska and Hawaii.
She is a certified disability evaluator and served as a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California. She is a past President of the California Chiropractic Association for the Los Angeles Southwest District, and served on the Board of Directors.
Dr. Tarcha earned her B.S. degree in Medical Technology from the University of Connecticut and her Doctorate degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
