Yes, members are encouraged to share their expertise by submitting articles, notable verdicts, settlements, or groundbreaking medical insights for publication in TBI Times magazine and our monthly newsletters. This platform allows members to showcase their achievements, share advancements, and contribute research or best practices in representing TBI survivors or treating TBI patients. The submitted content becomes the property of The National Trial Lawyers and may be edited in accordance with our provided submission guidelines. To submit content, click here.
Our policy is that memberships are non-refundable, and dues are not prorated. However, in extenuating circumstances, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you change firms or relocate, your membership can be updated with your new contact details. Simply contact our membership team to adjust your information, including updating payment details if you're enrolled in automatic renewal.
