What is The National Traumatic Brain Injury Association?

The National TBI Association is a member-driven organization uniting dedicated legal and medical professionals who advocate for and care for TBI survivors and their families. Through educational programs and networking opportunities, we empower our members to develop practices defined by exceptional knowledge, skill, experience, and success while championing support and advocacy for those affected by traumatic brain injuries.

How often are events and conferences held?

Are there opportunities for publishing articles or contributing to TBI Magazine?

Yes, members are encouraged to share their expertise by submitting articles, notable verdicts, settlements, or groundbreaking medical insights for publication in TBI Times magazine and our monthly newsletters. This platform allows members to showcase their achievements, share advancements, and contribute research or best practices in representing TBI survivors or treating TBI patients. What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel my membership?

Our policy is that memberships are non-refundable, and dues are not prorated. However, in extenuating circumstances, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I change firms or relocate? Does my membership transfer?

If you change firms or relocate, your membership can be updated with your new contact details. Simply contact our membership team to adjust your information, including updating payment details if you're enrolled in automatic renewal.
