Kyle Bagen is a tremendously dedicated and experienced trial attorney. As the head of the Litigation Department at Bagen Law, he has won numerous sevenfigure verdicts and settlements for injured clients. As with all the attorneys at Bagen Law, his special concentration is in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, with an emphasis on any type of motor vehicle accident, especially motorcycle accidents.
Kyle is recognized as one of Super Lawyers Under 40 Rising Stars. He is a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the Association of Plaintiffs’ Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA), and the Florida Justice Association.
Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and is extremely honored to have represented hundreds of other riders in motorcycle cases, including riders who were hurt severely and received catastrophic injuries.
Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. When Kyle is not fighting for Florida’s injured, he enjoys his time with his wife, who works as a Nurse Practitioner in the Shands hospital system, and their two amazing children.
