Marie Haynes is the Chief Legal Officer and a Case Manager at Injury Law Associates,
LLC located in Kansas City, Missouri. With 13 years of experience in the personal
injury field she has cultivated a deep understanding of what a client is going though when
they have been injured due to someone else’s negligence.
She is a 2001/2002 graduate of Fort Hays State University and graduated from the
University of Kansas School of law in 2005. Following law school Marie started her law
enforcement career in the eastern Kansas area. Her passion to help and protect people
expanded into a different area in the legal field after speaking to her close friend and
mentor, KC attorney Rachel Smith. Since that conversation in 2012 Marie has fought
alongside Rachel and Injury Law Associates to help and provide guidance to injured
people and fight the insurance companies who only care about their bottom line.
Marie is a Kansas City transplant from Denver, Colorado and Hays, Kansas. She is a
passionate KC Current, Jayhawk and Denver Bronco fan. If she is not attending a
sporting event or concert, she can be found hanging out with her two Chiweenie fur
babies, Paco and Winston.
