I am Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Life Care Planner, Legal Nurse Consultant Certified, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist. I have been developing comprehensive, evidence-based Life Care Plans and providing litigation support services since 1993. As a rehabilitation and catastrophic injury specialist, I develop comprehensive future care recommendations and cost projections for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, severe burns, multi-system trauma, chronic pain syndromes, and complex psychiatric injuries.
Beyond my consulting and expert witness work, I am committed to education and professional development. I teach psychiatric nursing at the graduate levels serving as adjunct faculty. I am a frequent lecturer at professional conferences, legal education programs, and healthcare seminars, presenting on topics including traumatic brain injury, PTSD, psychiatric damages, life care planning methodology, future medical cost projections, and catastrophic injury management.
