DiPasquale Moore Attorney Michael Lester represents Missouri and Kansas residents injured in auto, truck, and commercial vehicle accidents, by defective products, and on unsafe properties. He takes great care to get to know his clients on an individual level, so as to learn about their lives. This ensures he is taking the right approach to get them the best results for their unique circumstances.
Before joining DiPasquale Moore, Michael spent seven years defending trucking companies in personal injury cases. He realized he would much rather advocate for those injured; he crossed the aisle, taking with him all the knowledge and insight he gained during this time. Now, in his career as a personal injury attorney, he utilizes this experience to his clients’ advantage. He knows how to get the data that’s important for a victim’s claim, as well as how trucking companies and their insurance providers evaluate and investigate commercial accidents.
Michael grew up in Kansas City. He spent a few years in Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree at Rice University. After graduation, he moved back home to Kansas City. He obtained his J.D. at University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. Notably, he graduated magna cum laude from both universities.
Michael spends most of his time outside the office with his wife Maureen and their two children, Teagan and Thomas.
