Nicholas is devoted to preparing our most complex and high-profile matters for trial.
At 25 years-old he was selected as “Top 10 Under 40” by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, which awards the best Personal Injury attorneys in each state with the prestigious honor of being named “TOP 10”. The very few attorneys (less than 1%) that are good enough to make this list must demonstrate an extraordinary amount of knowledge, skill, experience, expertise and success in their practice of Personal Injury.
Nicholas has been a prominent plaintiff’s attorney from the very beginning, as his first trial resulted in a $900,000 jury verdict for a woman involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in an arthroscopic knee surgery. He currently heads a team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff that handles cases from inception through trial.
Nicholas’ legal acumen has been recognized by the non-legal community as well as the legal community throughout the country. He has appeared on and has been interviewed and quoted by many major news outlets and radio stations.
His passion to help others extends beyond the legal sphere, in 2014 he developed a non-profit organization that seeks to provide at-risk children with access to free summer basketball camps that are instructed by current and former college coaches.
