Patricia is an attorney at Kanner & Pintaluga. She works in their Personal Injury Practice area. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Patricia was an Associate Attorney for a boutique immigration law firm, Acosta & Fraga Law, PLLC.
Patricia graduated from Palm Beach State College with an A.A. in Communications, where she was on the undefeated TRIO Debate Team; editor in chief for Beachcomber, the student newspaper; editor for Sabiduría, the Honors College Academic Journal; and the 2014-2015 Student Trustee on the District Board of Trustees for Palm Beach State College. After being selected as a 2015 Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholar, she transferred to Stetson University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Religious Studies. While at Stetson she was a Senator; Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee; a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce; president of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communications Honor Society; and president of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated’s Sigma Psi Chapter. In 2017, she received the Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholarship. She then attended Howard University School of Law, where she was the Social Media co-chair for Phi Alpha Delta, a law fraternity; and the Treasurer for La Alanzia Latinx Law Student Association.
While she was in law school, Patricia completed internships with The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Congresswoman Frederica Wilson’s Washington D.C. office, and at Hunter & Johnson, PLLC, a boutique law Firm. She was also the captain of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Team at Howard University School of Law, where she mentored her peers to a successful, award-winning year. She continues to assist her former coach in team development and also judges mock trial competitions. Patricia received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2020 and passed the Florida Bar in 2021.
