TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I have read and agree to all terms and conditions, which are subject to the convention registration. If for unforeseen reasons this program is canceled or changed, TBI MED LEGAL, cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets or other associated fees, and room rates cannot be guaranteed. By registering for TBI MED LEGAL I and my guests agree to receive email correspondence from TBI MED LEGAL regarding the convention and to be included in the TBI MED LEGAL Social Networking Convention group. I and my guests also agree to have our image photographed and published in TBI MED LEGAL’s membership publications and website. We also agree to be listed as attending the convention on public listings. TBI MED LEGAL reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, refuse entrance to the event and/or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive and/or is not consistent with the character and purpose of the show. All TBI MED LEGAL badges are the property of TBI MED LEGAL and must be returned to TBI MED LEGAL upon request.
Attendance at this event is voluntary. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you are not required to attend this event and that, if you choose to do so, you are attending such event voluntarily. You further acknowledge the following:
- There is a risk that you may be exposed or infected with COVID-19 by attending such event;
- Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death; and
- The risk of such exposure or infection by attending such an event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to other attendees.
By registering for this event you acknowledge that TBI MED LEGAL may share your name with the hotel in a registration list to audit rooms for the TBI MED LEGAL block and flag for inclusion in the group block for on-site room deliveries.
COVID GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS: Though we do not know which requirements will be in place in March 2023, we currently anticipate the following guidelines will be implemented:

- Attendees may be required to submit to daily temperature checks.
- Attendees may be required to affirm their health status daily via an online survey.
- Attendee registration will be limited to ensure physical and social distancing.
- Attendees may be required to wear a face mask in public areas.
- Attendees should bring their own facemasks, facemasks will be available onsite as well.
- Physical/social distancing will be respectively enforced.
- Hand sanitizer will be available and frequent hand washing is encouraged.
By attending this event, I agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to TBI MED LEGAL. Cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After February , 2023, requests for refunds will not be honored. There is a $44 transfer fee for all transferred tickets.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: As an attendee at this convention, I understand that I may have access to confidential, privileged, or proprietary information.. I agree not to disclose or disseminate such information without the written permission of TBI MED LEGAL, except to persons I know to be members of TBI MED LEGAL or members of an TBI MED LEGAL-affiliated organization. I agree that I will not record, by audio, visual, or other means, any portion of any meeting or event during the convention without the permission of TBI MED LEGAL. I further understand that if I knowingly and purposely violate this Agreement, I may be subjected to disciplinary charges, including, but not limited to, charges brought before state licensing boards. Upon request, I will provide my state bar identification number(s); and, if a Law Student Member, I will, upon request, identify the name of my law school; and, if a Paralegal Affiliate Member, will, upon request, identify the name of my TBI MED LEGAL sponsoring attorney.
EVENT UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION, ANTI-HARASSMENT & SAFETY POLICY: TBI MED LEGAL is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all participants and TBI MED LEGAL staff. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, TBI MED LEGAL staff, and service providers, are expected to comply with this Policy. It applies to all TBI MED LEGAL events, including those sponsored by companies and firms held in conjunction with TBI MED LEGAL events, in public or private facilities. TBI MED LEGAL does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment. In response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, TBI MED LEGAL reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without refund and the right to prohibit attendance at any future event.
